Sea scallops, which average about 14-15 in a lb. These are seafoodwatch.org and Marine Stewardship Certified, mostly provided from NJ and sometimes VA and MA. We only carry "dry" scallops, which means they have NOT treated with preservatives like "wet" scallops.
